By signing this form, you are confirming your knowledge of the guidelines below and releasing JC Resorts, its employees, representatives, and the owners of the participating golf courses, from responsibility for any injuries or damages you may suffer as a result of your participation in the JC 20/30 Club. Applicable to new and renewing members. • Available to golfers ages 20-29. • JC 20/30 Club Membership is valid for one year and is annually renewable until 30th birthday. • Always check-in with the golf shop staff prior to playing the golf course. • A valid driver’s license is required to operate a motorized golf cart. • Repair all divots and ball marks. • The JC 20/30 Club rate does not include mandatory $10 golf cart fee at Championship courses. • Not valid on JC Golf designated holidays. • Not valid for group or tournament play.
