“I took the game of golf at an early age in Mexicali Mexico. My dad was an avid golfer and an employee at the Mexicali Country Club, I learned by osmosis growing up around the club and watching accomplished golfers. At the age of 16 I moved away to my place of birth – Indio, California to complete High School and play golf on the Varsity Team.
After High School, I attended College of the Desert and earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Golf Management in 1995. College of the Desert help me find a job in the golf industry and that led to a career in golf, fast forward to today after 20 + years as a PGA Class A Professional. One of the main reasons I love this profession is that I love helping extraordinary people do extraordinary things, the game of Golf has afforded me this chance and I love it. My philosophy on Player Development revolves around On-Course Coaching, using The Scoring Method and creating a supportive community.
I look forward to my tenure at Los Serranos Golf Club, providing a fun and enjoyable experience, being a positive influence in the development of future golfers and working with an exceptional team are my goals.”
